At the patients with diseases of hard fabrics of teeth (caries and its complication) a research for restoration of the struck sites of hard fabrics by seals of a various construction (monolithic and seal with an insert - thermocompensator) is conducted.The number of experimental researches on the thermal linear extension of samples from filling of materials, on definition them losses is conducted. The researches on permeability of boundary "room-filling" by dyes, poison-chemical valuation filling of constructions are executed.The clinical researches by valuation of seals are conducted on a technique offered D.M. Karalnic, the electrometric researches of boundary "tooth-filling" are executed on a technique according to V.K. Leontev, Ivanova G.G., Jorova T.N. The definitions of gum liquid pH in the field of seals after a restora-tion period and colouring of "tooth-filling" boundary by dyes are conducted.The conducted clinic-laboratory researches confirm expediency of use of an offered construction of a f illing with a thermocompensator for restoration of the damaged hard fabrics of teeth.
