Glubochenko O. Clinico-pathogenetic substantiation of using Potentilla erecta medications in patients with chronic gastroduodenitis with concomitant chronic non-calculous cholecystitis

The dissertation contains the data pertaining to a study of the therapeutic efficacy of Potentilla erecta medications in multimodality treatment of patients with chronic gastroduodenitis with concomitant chronic non-calculous cholecystitis. A favourable action of the Potentilla erecta drugs on the gastric acid formation and gallbladder motility has been established in both "acute" pharmacological studies and course administration. We have determined a positive effect of a course treatment by means of Potentilla erecta drugs on the system of bile secretion, functional-morphological condition, of the mucous membrane of the stomach and duodenum. Was proved the soft antihelicobacter properties and antioxidant actions of the Potentilla erecta. The membrane-stabilizing properties of the Potentilla erecta tincture in health in vitro on the erythrocyte model have been established. A positive effect of the Potentilla erecta tincture on the pro- and antioxidant systems and morphological changes of the stomach a nd duodenum has been proved in case of an experimental erosive-ulcerous lesion of the rat's gastroduodenal zone.
