The dissertation is devoted to the of the peculiarities of foreign economic activity of the Ukrainian cooperative enterprises. The integral competitiveness index is calculated for the Ukrainian cooperative organizations, as well as the efficiency of their foreign trade operations is assessed. As a result, the economic-organizational fundamentals of raising the effectiveness of foreign economic relationships of the cooperative enterprises are outlined, the measures directed at increasing the cooperatives' competitiveness and directions of improving the infrastructure of foreign economic activity are substantiated.
