The thesis is devoted to analysis of energy spectra of electrons in bulk Cd1-xMnxTe solid solutions, crystalls with a surface and (CdTe)m/(Cd1-xMnxTe)n superlattices. Partial contributions of Mn states into the density of states of these structures are calculated. The calculation of wave vector dependence of sp-d exchange integrals on whole Brillouin zone is carried out. The integral of superexchange Mn-Mn interaction through intermediate atoms of anion is calculated.
