Essay

Zeolite-containing microspheric alkilation catalysts. The preparation of zeolite alkilation catalyst. Ammonia TPD, N2 аnd H2O adsorption, X-ray diffraction, IR-spectroscopy. Optimal conditions of the in situ synthesis on the Prosyana's kaolin basis and the NaOH modification of granular zeolite Y have been found. Samples synthesized have been transformed to the catalysts of а unique acid spectrum. The best obtained catalysts excel in activity and selectivity the samples on the basis of pure powdery NaY zeolite. Mechanism with the main role of the primary carbcations on the isobutane basis have been proposed. Sphere of use petrochemistry.
