Grytsayenko L. Administrative-legal aspects of enterprise activity in Ukraine

The fundamental questions of administrative and legal aspects of business activity under conditions of reforming the economics of Ukraine in the transient period, setting and developing the national business activity have been researched in the dissertation. In the current work the notion and essence of business state regulation have been studied. The role of the system of state power bodies which are involved in the business activity has been determined. Directions and structure of the business state regulation have been defined. The mechanism of eliminating limitations in the sphere of business activity and the ways of legal providing the state concept of developing business in Ukraine have been proposed.
