Object of research- pedagogical training of managers. Aim of research - is based on elaboration and experimental examination of the contents and pedagogical conditions of realization of pedagogical training of managers in higher technical educational estabishments. Methods: analysis and synthesis of the contents of teaching material, contents and communicative. Scientific novelty of reseaach: the contents and the structure of pedagogical training of managers were elaborated for the first time and they represent the system of professionally dircted notions and knoweledoes. The functions of professional and pedagogical direction were defined. The complex methods and means adequate to the contents of professional programme "Basic of Pedagogical", systematic methods, means of development of logical and creative pedagogical thinking of the students were elaborated.
