A system of measures for the first cardiologic aid and prevention of sudden complications of cardio-vascular diseases in coal miners of coal mines was scientifically grounded. Regularity of the development frequency of sudden complications depending on age, length of service and occupational activity was established. Insufficient information of the methods, indices and criteria under medical examinnation was shown. Method for he rating of the degree jf individuval risk development of IHD and AH in coal miners was grounded.
