Rastvorov O. Extracorporal methods of therapy in the complex treatment of patients suffering from infiltrated pulmonary tuberculosis in disintegration phase

The present work describes the results of comparative assessment regimens effeciency of treatment of 110 patients suffering from infiltrated pulmonary tuberculosis in disintegration phase when used jointly wish chemotherapy of extracorporal methods of treatment (ultra-violet irradiation of blood in combination whis plasmapheresis, combined laser therapy) and without them. It is stated thet the application of extracorporal therapy increases the cease of yielding micobacterium of tuberculosis by (13.5 + 2.5) % and shortens the terms of yielding by 1.3-1.4 times. The use of extracorporal methods of treatment increases the healing of destruction in the lungs by (15.5 + 1.5) % and shortens the terms of yielding by 1.2-1.4 times. The application of extracorporal therapy methods promotes the formation of primy small residuol changes in lungs and shortens the period of treatment of inpatients in hospital by 1.2-1.4 times. The application of these methods decreases the intensity and level of processes of pero xidation of lipids, normalizes the system of antioxidant protection and fibrillation system, improves the function of the external pulmonary breathing and lung's blood circulation.
