Goryashchenko S. Constructing the devices for autometed assembly assembling of the footwear upper of a flat kind

The dissertation is devoted on the research of the assembling process of the footwear upper of a flat kind. Use of the combined method to fix the package of details of the footwear upper, namely adhesive fixing of footwear details one to each other and simultaneously mechanical fixing of whole package of details is offered. The package is fixed in the special technologically flexible device. It is transported from a position for assembling to a sewing position. The received technique allows to design devices for fixing and transportation of a package of details of the footwear upper, and also for putting the necessary amount of adhesive for the appropriate area of contact of details. In work the ways of pressing of a package of details and assembling of the footwear upper are offered. Flexible devices for automation assembling of the footwear upper in a flat kind are developed. This technology allows to operate with any details irrespectively of their forms and sizes.
