Researched object - homogeneus and isotropic semiconductors and partly homogeneus two-layer systems. The purpose - the investigation of the electron and phonon thermal waves in semiconductors and determination of effective thermal parameters of two-layer systems. The methods of researches - analytical solution of energy balance systems equations. Theoretical results - creation of self-consistent electron and phonon thermal diffusion theory in the geometrical bounded semiconductors; elaboration of new universal approach for theoretical determination of effective thermal conduction and thermal diffusivity of two-layer systems. Practical results - prediction of goal-directed experiments arrangement for determination of subsystems quazipartickle thermal parameters, energy relaxation frequency, absorption light coefficient, effective thermal parameters and interface thermal conductivity of two-layer systems. Economic effect - is realized by means of improvement of theexisting and formation of new types of s emiconducting devices. Areas of usage - research and development institutes; high school .
