..The thesis is devoted to the investtigation of peculiarities physical and sexual development of teenagers having diabetes mellitus, who live in a big industriallypolluted town Zaporozhe. Here are discussed the results of clinical? instrumental and hormonal examination of healthy teenagers and of those who sudden from the prematurity-onset diabetes mellitus with different illness duration. The mostserious deviation were found in development of 12-14 years old teenagers suffering ffrom the prematurity-onset diabetes mellitus for more thfn 5 years/ It is marked by disproportional physical development and delay of secondary sexual signs formation with serious deviations of hormonal homeostasys
