Essay

The clinical-and-morphological peculiarities of NSAID-associated erosive-and-ulcerous gastroduo-denopathies were studied and diagnosis value of endoscopy was proved.The upper stomach parts' injuries are typical first, then - antroduodenal. It is expedient to use enterosoluble diclofenac for 4-5 days, then - simple diclofenac with misoprostol. Helicobacter pylori does not deteriorate 3-week NSAID tolerability, but hypercortisolaemia increase the antral mucosa sensibility to the drugs. The efficacy of ulcers' monotherapy with misoprostol (when NSAIDs are discontinued) is confirmed.
