The dissertation is devoted to development of distributed database management systems with using of asynchronous replication protocols. The information system model was constructed at the process of work. The model is functionally sufficient for further development of the replication system. The asynchronous replication system model was proposed. It consists of granulated replication objects placement structure, databases consistency schema, schemes and topologies of consistency operations' replication and conflict management schema of consistency operations. The method for granulated allocation of information resources among nodes was designed. It determines optimum asynchronous replication system structures concerning of minimum node and network loading
