Essay

. The aim of the thesis is to develop principles for creation of gas-detonation coating with preset properties on the equipment with extended performance, which use economical defensible energy carriers. The principles for creation of gas-detonation coating with preset properties is based on mathematical model of process, which taking into consideration physical and mechanical properties of coated material and substrate as well as energetic parameters of process and pulse frequency of detonation gun. Optimum parameters of coating with preset properties such as strength, porosity, thickness, undulation and other calculated on basis of proposed principal and process's criterions. This dissertation is containing the practical advices by choice of materials coatings and modes of processing of aircraft engines parts and processing equipment using this method. The experience of development and operation equipment with high pulse frequency was set forth in this thesis.
