Shapovalov V. Postvagotomy effects in different functional areas of peritoneum (experemental-morphological researches).

The dissertation is devoted to a problem of intluence of a truncal vagotomy,which is the most widespread way of surgical treatment of pyloroduodenal ulcers in various fun ctional zones of a peritoneum. Morphofunctional change in varions functional zones of a peritoneum are display adopto-denervated syndrome. It consists of the period of stressful reaction - first 72 hours and period of destructi- ve processes with adopto-compensatory by reactions more than 72 hours. To morphological attributes the reaction of a peritoneum to a vagotomy is eustress, because there is an achivization protective and adopto-compensatory of processes in a peritoneum. The basic positions of work have found practical application, as a theoretical substantiation of application of a vagotomy in surgical treatment of pyloroduodenal ulcers.
