Essay

The dissertation is devoted to development of the technology for indusstrial off-gas with increased content of carbonic oxide processing in to synthesis-gas on zink-cromic catalyst. There were conducted the researches of the process kinetics and fixed analytical relationship between the constant and temperature. Correctness of received dependences and their suitability for theoretical calculations of the process were experimentally verifyed. The laboratory were conducted on the model and real gases. Optimum technological parameters of the process were determined. The zink-chromic catalyst serviceability in hard technological condition was confirmed. The results approbation was conducted on the pilot plant. The most effective results were received at the gas volume speeds 1500-2000 hour-1, temperature 773ё823 K and steam:CO ratio 1,5-2,5. The basic technological of the pilot installation for the ferroally gas conversion was developed.
