The thesis is devoted to the problems of organization forms of management in Home Affairs Bodies. The notions, the essence and types of the forms of management are considered in the work. Definition of organization activities as a form of management has been subsequently developed. The content of organization principles, functions and methods of management is investigated. On the basis of the analysis of organization forms of management directed at the organization of the system and process of management some new decisions for their legal regulation are proposed. Much attention is paid to characteristics of organization forms of management in the system of administration. Their classification is proposed by the candidate for the degree. The peculiarities of the use of organization forms of management in the system of administration with a concrete definition at the stages of preparation, adoption and organization of the administration decision fulfillment are defined.
