VOLOBUYeVA O. Vasoactive factors (endothelin-1 and nitric oxide) and hemostasis system in patients with diphtheria.

The thesis deals with the determination of the role of functional state of endothelium and haemostasis system in the pathogenesis of diphtheria and effect of correcting therapy on this links of homeostasis. The clinical and laboratory survey showed that in patient with diphtheria endothelial dysfunction is developing, and the development of organ lesions is accompanied by hypemitroxidemy. Hemocoagulation dysfunctions appear with clinical and laboratory signs, from the moderately pronounced coagulological alterations to the comprehensive picture of DIF-syndrome depending on the degree of severity of the disease. The determined correlation factors prove the pathogenetic dependency of endothelium depending factors and indicators of the hemostasis system. The conducted study in experiment and clinic indicate the similar processes with diphtheria. Emoxipine exert normalizing influence on the homeostasis links being studied, improves hemodynamics in the microcirculation.
