Neffa M. The combined treatment of ovarian cancer with application beforeoperational intraperitoneal chemotherapy

The purpose and methods of research: using clinical, immunological and radioisotope techniques to reveal the clinical-immunological and hormonal criteria determining a degree of a stress influence of various variants of beforeoperational chemotherapy for rising of efficiency of combined treatment of the patients by a wide-spread cancer of ovaries. Theoretical results and novelty: fixed, that the offered regimen of use of beforeoperational intraperitoneal chemotherapy results in less expressed infringements of the hormonal and immune status of the patients by a cancer of ovaries, enlarges duration of a remission and median of a survival of this category of patients. Practical meaning: the developed way of realization of beforeoperational intraperitoneal chemotherapy raises efficiency of the combined treatment and quality of life of the patients by a wide-spread cancer of ovaries. It is harmless for patients and is simple for practical use. Subject and degree of introduction: the realization of an intr aperitoneal chemotherapy 48 hours prior to op-eration is introduced into medical process of on-cological branches. Efficiency of introduction: reception of new knowl-edge and rising of efficiency of treatment of the on-cologic patients. Sphere of introduction: oncological clinics, faculty of an oncology.
