Essay

The object of research: on macrolevel - set of credit institutions of Ukraine, on mesolevel - set of the agrarian enterprises of Zhitomir, Kirovograd and Cherkassk oblasts of Ukraine, at a microlevel - agrarian enterprises of Obuhov area of Kiev oblast. The purpose of research: substantiation the directions of development of the rural credit infrastructure of Ukraine and definition of state role in regulation of this process. Method: monographic, comparative analysis, regression correlation analysis, linear programming, simulation modeling. Theoretical and practical results: new knowledge on development and regulation of the rural credit infrastructure including in conditions of transitive economic systems is generated and systematized; the mathematical models of a quantitative and qualitative estimation of credit maintenance of agroindustrial manufacture are created; the methodical approaches for definition of directions of rural credit infrastructure formation are developed. Novelty: contents of a ca tegory "credit infrastructure" is specified and extended; the state role in processes of credit infrastructure formation in the transitive period is specified; the complex approach to development of a rural credit infrastructure in Ukraine which takes into account agrarian features and agrarian capital is proved. Degree of introduction: the most essential scientific results, economic-mathematical models are used by the Ministry of agrarian politics of Ukraine. The results of scientific researches and information-analytical base are used in educational process of department on banking of National agricultural university. Sphere (branch) of use: the Ministry of agrarian politics, regional administrations of agroindustrial complex, credit institutions, agrarian enterprises.
