Essay

The theses present the theoretical substantiation and new solution of the scientific problem that consists in improvement of the effectiveness of the diffusion coatings application in metal melts. The alternative, as to the pure metals, sources of diffusant for application of coatings in the sodium and lithium based melts have been developed. The regularities of formation, composition, structure and physicomechanical properties of diffusion coatings on steels, applied in the melt of lithium from oxides have been established.
