The thesis is dedicated to the idealized and experimental substantiation of obtaining cold asphalt slag concrete from fines breeze of splitting blade of an open-hearth slag cooked on anionen sluggish disintegrated bitumen emulsion by installation of legitimacies of formation of a coagulation-crystallization microstructure of concrete. The outcomes of researches are inserted in Artemovsk CJSC BD "Dorspetsstroy".
