The thesis is devoted to definition of adaptive properties cement of concrete in an аggressive environment and their quantitative evaluation. The scientific-methodical principles of a research of adaptive properties cement of concrete are developed. The quantitative structural and functional boundaries of preservation by concrete of adaptive properties are obtained. The offers on increase of normative threshold significances of concentration of sulphate-ions in a water-environment on a comparison with a level determined by the chapter SNiP are justified 2.03.11-85.
