The paper presents scientific analysis directed at the scientific argumentation of the field condi-tions manure preparation by the mobil mechanisms as well as development of the means of its realization to increase the compost quality. On the basis of modern mixtures and mixing mechanisms production one has developed the production plan of the compost mixtures preparation according to the "partly organ-ized" principle of mixture creation.
