Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the problem of surgical treatment patients with frontitis. During our investigations was elaborated and used functional-preservation method of external dissection of frontal sinusses and refind and grounted the possibility of local using of "Maraslavin" in complex therapy patients with frontitis. Our results show that recommended method permits getting positive results in 97,2% of observing patients with acute, chronical exudative frontitis and begining stage chronical hyperplastic and polyposis frontitis.
