Object of the investigation - effects of combined action of ionizing radiation and heavy metal ions on the cells in vitro. The purpose is to investigate the peculiarities of the biological efficacy of combined action of ionizing radiation of different kind and heavy metals using the cell vitality indices. Methods: growing of the isolated cells, evaluation of their vitality, calculation of absorbed dose value formed by external and internal irradiation, radiometric methods, microscopic methods and mathematical statistics.
