Essay

The dissertation is devoted to study of physical and chemical properties of blood serum in patients with chronic hepatitis and liver cirrhosis. There were shown effects of albuminous, lipid and other substances onto levels of blood surface tension of examined patients. Tensiometry data in different variants of activity, stage and etiology of disease of the liver were analyzed according to accompanying affection of gastroduodenal zone. Some factual differential and diagnostic criterion and criterion of liver disease activity determination were worked out on the basis of interphase tensiometry parameters. Essentialle N efficacy in complex therapy of chronic hepatitis and liver cirrhosis was proved considering the surface tension findings, as well as treatment tactics using this hepatoprotector according to etiology of the disease.
