In the thesis there were generalized the peculiarities of clinical picture of DMA in children whih anomaleusle attached Vof OC tissues, explained the reasans of the occurance of scarry relapses after vestibuloplastics, scientifically grounded and practically supported the expidiency of application of the worked and method of treatment. This complex method of treatment of children who have DMA in combination with shallow vestibule normalizes the function of perioral muscles, accelerates the mandibula grawth, rises the metabolic and immunic processes in mucous membrane, shortens the term of treatment and protects from relapse.
