The thesis is dedicated to looking ups of the causes of low efficiency of joint stay of the mother and child in maternity hospital in a decrease of a level purulent-septic infection among neonatal. The existing forms and conditions of stay of the child with the mother in maternity hospitals of are studied and their influencing on clinical flow neonatal of the term and processes of formation of an intestinal biocenosis. The features of formation of an optional part of an intestinal microbiocenosis and value conditionally pathogenic enterobacteries for an organism neonatal are studied. The bacterial structure of milk for the rather able-bodied women is studied. The absence of essential its negative influencing on a becoming intestinal biocenosis and clinical condition neonatal, in particular of intestinal distresses is demonstrated.
