The some pathway's of the pulmonary hypertension development in gastric cancer patients were established. The leading role play the paraneoplastic influence of the tumor's on the pulmonary microcirculatory bed. The pathogenetic prophylactic therapy was offered. These therapy allows to decrese the postoperative cadiopulmonary complications in gastric cancer patients.
