Zayika S. Peculiarities of differentiated using and comparative effectivness of ingibitors H+-K+-ATP-ase in out patient treatment of duodenal peptic ulcer (accoding to the computer intragastric pH-metry).

136 patiets with duodenal peptic ulcer associated with Helicobacter pylori were examined. It was ivestigated the influence of different dose inhibitors H+-K+-ATP-ase on the secretion of hydrochloric acid in the stomach and the antibiotic administration fram 7 day of therapy using inhibitors H+-K+-ATP-ase. It is estimated that the dose of inhibitors H+-K+-ATP-ase 0.02 o.d. is insufficient for the most of patients. The administration of inhibitors H+-K+-ATP-ase in the dose of 0.04 o.d. essentially contracts the latent period and increases the legth of efficiency of inhibition (pH>3.5) secretion of hydrochloric acid acid in the stomach during the first 24h of treatment in comparing with administration 0.02 o.d. and 0.02 b.i.d. Employment of antibacterial therapy from the 7 day of treatment with inhibitors H+-K+-ATP-ase is effective and is carried by the patients better. We suggest to use inhibitors H+-K+-ATP-ase in the dose of 0.04 o.d. and to administer antibacterial therapy from the 7 day of treatm ent with inhibitors H+-K+-ATP-ase. The using ared is a medicine.
