Essay

The results of studies of inhaled furosemide on functional status of bronchi for different periods of disease in asthmatic children are presented in dissertation. Has been shown that inhaled furosemide have bronchoobstruction protection in asthmatic children and is more efficacious than majority of "traditional" preventive anti-asthmatic drugs. The efficacy of inhaled furosemide as broncholytical remedy was established. Furthermore, the safety of inhaled furosemide usage in asthmatic children was demonstrated. In addition, the optimal furosemide inhalation techniques as preventive and broncholytical remedy in asthmatic children were processed and applied in clinical practice.
