Lykhachov S. Permitting execution in administrative process

Thesis is devoted to the analysis of theoretical, methodological and normative principles, the problems of practical realization of permitting execution. Peculiarities, substance and the structure of administrative process, definition and tasks of permitting execution, the system of its legal regulation are studied in this work. Characteristics of the contest and procedures of permitting execution are given in the work. Legal status of its subjects and the order of separate kinds' realization - registering-licensing and establishing-permitting execution and also methods of guaranteeing of fulfillment of common obligatory rules of permitting execution, namely administrative responsibility for misdemeanors in this field are analyzed. Ways of perfection of the permitting execution are determined. Propositions connected with changes and additions to some normative and legal bills in Ukraine are formulated.
