Essay

The object of research is serial and strengthened work parts of soil cultivating machines. The purpose of research is extending of cultivating machine work part cutting edge longevity by means of wear control with local blades strengthening . Methods of research. The research was carried out with the help of mathematical simulation of dynamic stress and examining of research objects wear. The research was based on the theory of cutting , theory of wear and on the theory of optimum process control. Trustworthiness of work outcomes has been proved by experimental research data on determining the cutting force, determining work limit before failure limit operational parameters of ploughshares. There has been researched the wearing of cultivating machine cutting parts as the strengthening controlled process of creation of necessary geometry blades. There have been offered functional connections in alteration of wear-resistant characteristics of a material for maintenance of a natural wear stable form of a strengthened work part cutting edge. There have been determined geometrical parameter correlations for strengthened and non-strengthened zones to produce a self-sharpening effect and make a tothed work part cutting edge.
