KAZANChUK I. Management of the processes public relations in activity of the Ministry of Internal Affairs personal of Ukraine (organization and law questions).

Dissertation deals with organizational and legal questions of management of public relations processes in activity of law-enforcement bodies is carried out. In the work is formulated and proved concept of public relations for law-enforcement bodies, are analyzed and are classified its basic functions and principles. Are considered the contents and basic elements of such categories as "a public" and "a public opinion", their place in public relations sphere of law-enforcement bodies is specified. The significant attention is given to the analysis of efficiency of the organization and legal forms, methods and ways of realization public relations in activity of law-enforcement bodies. The foreign and domestic experience of their practical application is analyzed. The structure and legal basis of public relations divisions' activity in police bodies is determined and the ways of their optimization are found. The scientific conclusions and offers directed on improvement to activity of law-enforcement bodies in public relations sphere are formulated.
