Here are represented results of comparative study of two TMV isolates taken from Plantago major plants from Chornobyl region - TMVch, and from Shatsky National park - TMVsh, and also their matching with the typical TMV strain U1. Methodic approaches for using atomic force microscopy (AFM) in studying viruses' antigenic properties are decribed in the work. Opportunity of AFM using for antibodies' localization on the surface of TMV particle is shown for the first time, that gives a new powerful tool to obtain information on virus antigenic structure.
