Koval'ov V. Clinico-instrumental characteristic and theraputic prophylaxis of early cardiac complications in patients after radiotherapy.

The dissertation is devoted to the study of the early cardiac complications of radiotherapy in patients with the breast cancer, and also to the development of method of this complications prophylaxis by the usage of bioflavonoid guercetin. Investigations realized, thet early cardiac complications of radiotherapy at patients with breast cancer are non-symptoms exudative pericarditis and secondary radiation cardiomyopaty, thet manifistated of decrease of the miocard's reduction of the left ventricle, arhythmogenic syndrom, repolarisational disorders. Prescription of bioflavonoid guercetin in patients with breast cancer during the period of radiotherapy brings to cardioprotective effect - prevents the development of early exudative pericarditis after radiotherapy, it considerably decreases or eliminates those early manifistations of radiation cardiomyopaty, as decreasing of miocardial reduction, arhythmogenic syndrom, repolarisational disorders.
