Essay

The dissertation is devoted to research of legal nature, organizational structure, formation order, functions, competence and forms of activity of local state administrations. Current legal status of institute of local state administrations, its creation and essence is analyzed on theoretical level. Theoretical models of formation order, adoption and realization of managerial decisions in local state administration are developed, together with information support of their activity. The author forms conceptual issues, states new proposals and conclusions from the researched issues.
