Skomorokha V. Constitutional Court of Ukraine in the machinery of State power

The dissertation deals with the investigation of the place of the Constitutional Court in Ukraine in the ma-chinery of State power. The theoretical-legal problems of the Constitutional court of Ukraine organization and activity have been studied. The court power in the sys-tem of power division, the juridical nature and the pla-ce of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine in the system of bodies of power and in the system of the stale cont-rol bodies have been defined. The analysis of the struc-ture and peculiarities of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine organization has been done. The investigation reveals the content of the powers of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine and constitutional legal proceeding as an organizational legal form of the activity of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine.
