. The dissertation is on analysis of heart rate variability and daily blood pressure monitoring in patients with essential hypertension and chronic glomerulonephritis, and also to methods of their correction. Significant difference was found in parameters of heart rate variability and of blood pressure monitoring in patients with essential hypertension and chronic glomerulonephritis. These results can be used for differential diagnostics of these diseases. Distinctive features of the antyhypertensive actions and the impact of atenolol, captopryl ahd enalapryl of vegetative nervous system gave the opportunity to differentially recommend these medication for the treatment of arterial hypertension different genesis.
