The dissertation is devoted to the problem of diagnosis and treatment the patients with chronic tonsillitis. The conditions of systemic and local immunity of patients was studied. Clinico-laboratory tests were elaborated on the basis of protection the functional possibility of subpalate tonsils in case of the chronic tonsillitis carrying out the stimulative influence on the tissua of tonsils may reveal their reaction in a form presence in them the functional reserve level.
