The thesis is devoted to the problems of increasing treatment's efficiency within patients with chronic urogenital chlamydiosis by means of using a recombinant ( 2b- IFN - "Laferon" in traditional therapy on the basis of using its immunomodulating properties. It has been established that the prescription of laferon causes increasing of the ability of immunocompebility cells to the synthesis of spontaneous and mytogen - induced (IFN and mytogen - induced IL1 production. Level of the NO production also normalized. That accompanied the increasing of the level of etiological convalescence.
