Essay

Dissertation is dedicated to peculiarities of pathogenetic effect of the after effects of minor closed craniocerebral trauma on the organism against the background of chronic effect of small doses of ionizing radiation. In the clinical part of the work the study of 104 younger males has been carried out.Іt has been stated that in persons who had minor closed craniocerebral trauma and live on the territory polluted with radionuclides complaints of neurological character, neurologic and microfocal syndromes occur more frequently that in the group of persons who had only minor closed craniocerebral trauma. Vegetovascular syndrome was the main one among neurologic syndromes, significant changes of the bioelectrical activity of the brain have been revealed, the state of deadaptation has been developing in some patients. In the experimental part of the work the observed animals, exposed to the effect of minor closed craniocerebral trauma and ionizing radiation, showed significant shifts of immunoregulatory and B-Iinks of the immunity, the highest level of anticerebral antibodies to antigens of neurons and myelin structures, significant activity of prooxidanl systems. Stable distrophic and destructive changes with the impairment of neurons, glia and microcirculatory bed take place; regenerative processus become slower. It is proposed to carry out dispensary examination of patient exposed to chronic effect of small doses of ionizing radiation and the effect of minor closed craniocerebral trauma, and on the basis of observations reported in the work to define risk groups among the injured persons for carrying out madico-prophylactic measures among them.
