Coal falls. A substantiation and development of measures complex on preventing of coal falls allowing to increase safety of mining of steep and semi-steep coal seams. Methods of researches: analytical, experimental, laboratory, mathematical statistician. The conditions of shaping dangerous on coal falls of zones and criterion of hazard of these zones are installed. Analytical model sudden of coal falls is confirmed experimentally. The method of the forecast of hazard of coal seams and sites on coal falls and measure on their preventing is developed. The rules of 2 branch normative documents used on mines of the Central area of Donbass are developed. Area of use - mine developing steep and semi-steep coal seams.
