Essay

Investigation of adaptive reactions of maize plants, which were induced by extreme temperatures and heavy metals ions, was carried out. Was shown that double stress treatment induce synthesis of new high molecular proteins, that testifies to a modification of gene expression. It was proved the protective role of exogenously applied plant growth regulators - 6-BAP and zeastymulin, what was realized by induction reparative processes, regulation of the plant adaptive potential and gradual normalization of mitotic cycle, phytohormonal status, stress proteins synthesis and growth recovery of axial organs of plants.
