The thesis describes non-psychotic mental disorders formation patterns in IHD patients. The criteria of early diagnosis of the mental disorders in IHD as well as the system of their adequate management are worked up on the basis of the research findings. Direct dependence of the treatment efficacy on the early diagnosis of the psychopathological symptoms is demonstrated.
