Essay

The pathogenetic role of fibrinolytic haemostatic link in different forms of acute coronary syndrome onset and effects of common antithrombotic regimrnts were studed is established that onset of disease is accompanied by changes of fibrinolytic indices in artery with follow redistribution of their activity between arterial and venous blood. Standard heparin in combination with aspirin leads to reactivation of fibrinolysis on 10 day of disease with the main changes in non Q-wave myocardial infarction patients. The trombolytic treatment with streptidekase have a similar influence on haemostasis. Using of nadroparin allows to avoid the above mentioned negative effectsand leads to fctivation of fibrinolysis mainly in arterial blood.
