Komarnyts'kyj V. Legal Problems of Social Partnership in Ukraine.

The dissertation deals with the legal problems of social partnership under contemporary conditions in Ukraine. The paper Studies theoretical and organizational foundations of social partnership in the system of social labour relationship, by means of literature survey on the problem of social partnership reveals the genesis of its legal regulation in Ukraine. The analysis of the general concepts of the subjects of labour law has been performed and the subjects of social partnership at state level, enterprise level, organization level, office level have been determined and analysed. On this basis the legal foundations of social partnership as given in General Agreements of Ukraine, agreements of branch and regional levels have been determined. Special attention is paid to the problems of the formation of the legal mechanism of social partnership at enterprises, offices, organizations. On the basis of the analysis performed dozens of propositions as for improvement of the legal basis of social partnershi p in Ukraine have been grounded.
