Zaverukha O. Budgetary authorities of the local self-government of Ukraine. - Manuscript.

The thesis covers theоretical generalization of the scientific views and new solution of the questions which deal with the subject of the financial law. The author makes complex analysis and investigation of the budgetary authorities institute, suggests its definition and detailed characteristics of the local self-government rights and obligations in the budgetary sphere. The author also analizes the objects of the Ukrainian interbudgetary system on the basis of Ukrainian and foreign legislations, proposes the ways of its improvement; proves the necessity of the legislative delimitation of the functions and expences between state bodies and local self-government at different levels; defines the subjects of the material and processual budgetary authorities of the local self-government, introduces their definitions in the broad and particular sense; emphasizes the problems of their realization and enforcement; analizes current legislation of Ukraine and elaborates amendments concerning their improvement.
